# Shipping & Returns
## SHIPPING POLICY
### 1. Shipping
Scuderia21 Lab ships throughout Italy and to most countries within the European Union. Shipping to selected non-EU destinations is available and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Orders are shipped using the carrier deemed most suitable based on the destination, package dimensions and product type.

### 2. Order Processing Times
For products in stock, orders are generally prepared and dispatched within **2–5 business days** after payment confirmation.
For products that are made to order or temporarily out of stock, production and fulfillment may take up to **6 weeks**.
Should additional delays occur due to circumstances beyond the control of Scuderia21 Lab—such as supplier delays, manufacturing issues, transportation disruptions or customs procedures—the customer will be promptly informed by email.
Under these circumstances, Scuderia21 Lab cannot be held liable for any delivery delays, while remaining committed to keeping the customer informed throughout the order process.

### 3. Delivery Times
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, estimated delivery times are generally as follows:
- **Italy:** 1–3 business days
- **European Union:** 3–7 business days
For shipments outside the European Union, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures and the carrier used.
All delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute an essential contractual obligation.

### 4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination of the order.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website.

### 5. Inspection Upon Delivery
Upon delivery, customers are requested to verify:
- The integrity of the package;
- The absence of visible shipping damage;
- That the received products match the order placed.
Any damage or discrepancies must be reported immediately to the carrier and communicated to Scuderia21 Lab within **48 hours** of delivery, including clear photographic evidence.

### 6. VAT, Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For orders shipped within the European Union, prices include applicable VAT.
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, customs clearance fees or other import charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refusal to pay such charges does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs or any return shipping expenses incurred.

# RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
### 1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, private consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within **14 days** of receiving the goods.
Returned products must be:
- Uninstalled;
- Unused;
- Complete with all accessories;
- Returned in their original packaging.

### 2. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:
- Manufactured to order;
- Customized or personalized upon customer request;
- Produced specifically for a particular vehicle;
- Specially ordered from third-party suppliers;
- Explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
These exclusions are provided for under applicable consumer protection legislation.

### 4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing or where the return results from an error attributable to Scuderia21 Lab.

### 5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, any eligible refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within the timeframes required by applicable law.
If the returned product shows signs of installation, use, modification or damage, Scuderia21 Lab reserves the right to refuse the refund or apply a deduction reflecting the reduction in the product's value.

# ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation of an order within **24 hours** of the order confirmation by contacting **info@scuderia21.com**.
After this period, the order may enter production or be placed with the supplier. Once this process has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled unless otherwise approved by Scuderia21 Lab.
For made-to-order, customized or specially manufactured products, no cancellation or refund will be possible once production has started or the order has been placed with the supplier.
For orders that have already been shipped, only the applicable right of withdrawal may be exercised, where permitted by law and by the nature of the purchased product.
If payment was made via PayPal or other payment providers that retain non-refundable transaction fees, such fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

# WARRANTY
All products sold by Scuderia21 Lab are covered by the statutory legal warranty applicable under the relevant legislation.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Incorrect installation;
- Improper use;
- Use in racing or motorsport competitions;
- Modifications made by the customer;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Accidents or impacts.
Products intended for racing or track use may not be approved for use on public roads. It is the customer's responsibility to verify compliance with the laws and regulations applicable in their country before installation and use.
As many of our products are handcrafted or manufactured using carbon fiber, slight variations in the carbon weave, surface finish, paintwork or aesthetic details are considered normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
