Powerflex Black – Adjustable Front Arm Bushes for Mercedes C-Class SportCoupé

The Powerflex Black Series adjustable front arm inner bushes (PFF40-502GBLK) are designed for motorsport, circuit and track-day applications on the Mercedes-Benz C-Class SportCoupé and CLC-Class (CL203 platform).

Made from Powerflex's stiffest black polyurethane compound (Black 95A Durometer), they incorporate CNC-machined eccentric stainless-steel inner sleeves and are supplied with a dedicated adjustment spanner. Compared with the original bushes, this kit increases the suspension-geometry adjustment range by 50%, providing +/- 1° of front-axle caster adjustment. The combination of a competition-grade stiff compound and precise adjustment eliminates compliant suspension deformation under load, improving the tyre contact patch, turn-in response and high-speed straight-line stability.

The kit replaces OEM bushes with part numbers A 203 333 02 14, A 203 333 10 14, A 204 333 10 14 and A 211 333 29 14.
