EBC – SG2F006 - SG Grooved Two-Piece Floating Brake Discs (380mm) – FRONT

EBC Racing SG Grooved two-piece floating front brake discs represent the ultimate performance upgrade for high-performance BMW M models (F87 M2 / M2 Competition, F80 M3 and F82/F83 M4). Engineered for high-stress circuit use, demanding track days and high-speed road driving, they provide outstanding heat dissipation and dramatically reduce unsprung mass compared with conventional one-piece discs.

The two-piece construction uses an ultra-lightweight aerospace-grade aluminium bell connected to a high-carbon cast-iron friction ring by floating bobbins. This design allows the friction ring to expand and contract freely in response to temperature peaks, virtually eliminating the risk of warping, thermal cracking and pedal vibration. The Curved Slotted / SG Groove surface continuously clears pad outgassing and friction dust, ensuring consistently responsive initial bite. Directional internal Curved Vanes also draw in more cooling air, radically reducing the operating temperature of the entire braking system.

Supplied as a complete, ready-to-install pair (complete ring-and-bell assemblies), they directly replace the original front discs while retaining full compatibility with the factory calipers.
