EBC Brakes SG Series rear brake discs are the ideal choice for completing the braking system of high-performance VAG Group vehicles (Audi S3/RS3/TTRS, Cupra Ateca/Formentor/Leon, Seat Leon Cupra, Skoda Octavia RS/Kodiaq RS, VW Golf GTI/R, Tiguan, Arteon). Designed with the same slot pattern as EBC Racing front big brake kits and two-piece floating discs, they ensure a perfectly coordinated appearance and superior rear-axle braking performance.
The tapered curved surface groove (Swept Groove / SG) provides continuous cleaning, instantly removing water, debris and pad outgassing produced under load while keeping the pad surface flat and free from glazing. This maintains consistent pad-to-disc contact, improves initial bite and prevents uneven scoring of the braking surface.
Manufactured from cast iron with high thermal conductivity and stability, every disc is precision balanced and individually checked for runout to ensure vibration-free pedal operation. A special black anti-corrosion finish also protects non-friction areas from rust, maintaining a clean appearance behind alloy wheels.
Supplied as a pair (left and right rear axle), they feature a vented 310 mm construction and directly replace the factory discs, ensuring plug & play installation with OEM brake calipers.
