Powerflex Black – Upper Rear Differential Mount Insert – Subaru BRZ

The Powerflex Black Series upper rear differential mount bush insert (PFR69-825BLK) is designed to stiffen the original OEM differential mounts, eliminating unwanted movement and improving power transfer to the road on rear-wheel-drive cars such as the Subaru BRZ, Toyota GT86 and GR86.

Manufactured from the special ultra-stiff Black Series polyurethane compound (95 Shore A), this insert fills the voids in the original rubber bush (OEM part number: 41020CA000), stabilising the differential housing under hard acceleration, braking and abrupt gear changes. By reducing differential flex and twisting, it delivers immediate rear-axle response, improves driving feel and traction when exiting corners, and helps control wheel hop.

Installation is simple and cost-effective because the insert fits directly into the factory OEM mount without requiring replacement of the complete assembly. The component corresponds to position #4 in the rear suspension exploded diagram.
