Powerflex Black – Rear Engine Mount Insert – Mercedes A-Class (W176)

The Powerflex Black Series rear engine mount insert (PFF40-121BLK) is developed specifically for circuit, track-day and motorsport applications on high-performance vehicles. Manufactured from a special ultra-stiff polyurethane compound (95 Shore A), this insert fits inside the original rear engine mount to virtually eliminate powertrain movement and pitching during hard acceleration and downshifts.

Developed for the Black Series range, this component is intended for drivers seeking uncompromising drivetrain response: it virtually eliminates engine load shift, improving driving precision and allowing all available torque to be transferred to the road immediately. Because it uses a stiff compound designed for circuit use, a noticeable increase in cabin vibration and noise at idle or under load should be expected.
