The Powerflex PowerAlign wheel mounting guide pin (PF99-514-15) with an M14x1.5 thread is an essential professional tool designed to make alloy-wheel installation easier, faster and safer on vehicles that use wheel bolts rather than nuts and studs. Simply screw the pin into one of the threaded holes in the hub, then lift and slide the wheel into place effortlessly while keeping it aligned and centred on the hub.
Made from high-strength CNC-machined AISI 303 stainless steel (up to 50% stronger than zinc-plated mild steel), the pin features a colour-coded 3D-printed protective sleeve for quick size identification and a 2011-T6 anodised-aluminium top cap to absorb impacts and protect the wheel from scratches or accidental damage. It eliminates the risk of dropping the wheel during installation and reduces fatigue and back strain.
